Bugatti has revealed the one-off W16 Mistral ‘Blanc Éternel,’ a Sur Mesure hypercar inspired by Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur. Marking 15 years since the Veyron ‘L’Or Blanc,’ the creation blends porcelain artistry with digital design. The launch includes a limited porcelain collection, underscoring Bugatti’s fusion of heritage, craftsmanship, and bespoke innovation.

Bugatti has once again demonstrated its ability to transform automotive engineering into cultural storytelling with the unveiling of the W16 Mistral ‘Blanc Éternel.’ This latest Sur Mesure commission pays tribute to Germany’s Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM), the country’s second-oldest porcelain manufacturer, and continues a partnership that began 15 years ago with the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport ‘L’Or Blanc.’

The new creation embodies Bugatti’s philosophy that every car must tell a story. In this case, the narrative is one of heritage and artistry, expressed through porcelain-inspired design. Black lines trace the pure white exterior of the open-top hypercar, adding geometric depth and three-dimensional contrast, a visual language that elevates the Mistral’s sculptural form. The result is a striking interplay of purity and precision, echoing the timeless qualities of porcelain itself.

Frank Heyl, Bugatti’s Design Director, described the commission as “extraordinarily beautiful because every line and every material serves a purpose.” He emphasised that the project required close collaboration between Bugatti’s Berlin-based design team and KPM’s experts, ensuring that the car not only honoured Bugatti’s history but also redefined it through digital design innovation. “‘Blanc Éternel’ pays homage to Bugatti’s history without being constrained by it, and combines our heritage with individual taste in an entirely new way,” Heyl noted, underscoring the essence of Sur Mesure as authentic and timeless.

The unveiling of the hypercar was accompanied by the launch of the “Blanc Éternel” Collection, a trio of porcelain pieces crafted in collaboration with KPM. Limited to 1,000 handcrafted examples, the Aviator Cafe Cup, Aviator Espresso Cup, and To-Drive Cup extend the partnership beyond the automotive sphere, offering collectors a tangible link between Bugatti’s design ethos and porcelain artistry.

The project also highlights Bugatti’s growing presence in Berlin, where its new 12,000 square-foot design headquarters played a central role in configuring the W16 Mistral. This expansion reflects the marque’s commitment to blending tradition with innovation, ensuring that each bespoke commission is both a technical achievement and a cultural statement.

‘Blanc Éternel’ is more than a hypercar; it is a continuation of a dialogue between engineering and art, heritage and modernity. By weaving porcelain craftsmanship into the DNA of its flagship roadster, Bugatti has created a masterpiece that transcends performance to become a symbol of identity, imagination, and enduring beauty.

Mazda Australia has launched the Next-Gen Mazda CX-5 with a national campaign via Clemenger BBDO titled “It’s Kind of a Big Deal.” Centred on a film called The Mountaintop, the campaign features a choir of Mazda designers, engineers and drivers ascending Mount Wellington while singing an original song celebrating the SUV’s features.

Mazda Australia has unveiled a striking new campaign to introduce the Next-Gen Mazda CX-5, positioning the SUV as a landmark in the brand’s portfolio. Developed by Clemenger BBDO, the initiative is titled “It’s Kind of a Big Deal” and is anchored by a cinematic film called The Mountaintop.

Shot on location at Mount Wellington in Tasmania, the film takes the concept of “singing a car’s praises” to literal heights. As the 2026 Mazda CX-5 winds its way up the mountain’s twisting roads, a choir composed of Mazda designers, engineers and drivers climbs toward the summit, performing an original song created specifically for the campaign. The spectacle blends the grandeur of the natural landscape with the human voices celebrating the SUV’s design, performance and innovation.

Directed by Christopher Riggert and produced in collaboration with FINCH Company, the film is a bold creative statement. It elevates the familiar trope of automotive advertising by combining music, storytelling and engineering pride into a single narrative. The choir’s ascent mirrors the CX-5’s journey, symbolising the collective effort behind the vehicle’s creation and the emotional resonance it seeks to inspire among drivers.

Mazda’s decision to stage the campaign in Tasmania underscores its ambition to connect the CX-5 with both adventure and artistry. The mountain setting provides a dramatic backdrop, while the choir’s performance conveys authenticity and passion. By involving the very people who designed and built the car, the campaign highlights the human ingenuity behind the machine, reinforcing the CX-5’s identity as more than just a product—it is a collaborative achievement.

The CX-5 has long been a cornerstone of Mazda’s line-up, and the Next-Gen model represents a significant evolution. With enhanced features and refined styling, it aims to strengthen Mazda’s position in the competitive SUV market. The campaign’s tagline, “It’s Kind of a Big Deal,” reflects both the importance of the vehicle to Mazda’s future and the confidence with which it is being introduced.

Through The Mountaintop, Mazda Australia and Clemenger BBDO have crafted a campaign that is as much a celebration of creativity as it is of engineering. By marrying music, landscape and design, the launch of the Next-Gen CX-5 becomes a cultural moment, inviting audiences to see the SUV not only as a practical choice but as a symbol of innovation and pride.

Suzuki Australia has launched the e VITARA, its first electric SUV, with the bold ‘Good Clean Dirty Fun’ campaign. Positioned as the EV that can be enjoyed in nature, the campaign challenges the calm clichés of electric mobility, promising adventure, mud, and excitement at a time of rising EV demand.

Suzuki has entered the electric vehicle market with a campaign that is anything but quiet. The launch of the e VITARA, unveiled under the cheeky banner of ‘Good Clean Dirty Fun’, marks a significant milestone for the brand and a fresh perspective for the EV segment.

Daniel Sammut, acting national marketing manager for Suzuki Australia, described the moment as transformative. “The release of the e VITARA is a big moment. Because, with the first EV that you can actually have fun in, it’s not that Suzuki are about to get their first electric vehicle. Electric vehicles are about to get their first Suzuki.” His words underline the brand’s ambition to redefine what electric driving can mean, moving beyond efficiency and sustainability into the realm of enjoyment and adventure.

The campaign, created in partnership with ATime&Place, deliberately breaks from the serene imagery that dominates EV advertising. Chief creative officer Matt Lawson explained the thinking: “Suzuki aren’t late to the party. They are the party. Most EV advertising sells quiet, calm, and being at one with nature. We tried to have a little more fun, and throw a little mud, like you can do in the new e VITARA.”

The e VITARA is positioned as an electric SUV that can genuinely be driven in nature, offering drivers the chance to experience the outdoors without compromise. This emotional range, rather than just technical specifications, is what Suzuki believes will set the vehicle apart in a market where environmental credentials and range anxiety dominate consumer conversations.

The campaign’s rollout is ambitious, spanning television commercials, out-of-home placements, radio, social media, digital channels, and live activations. Its timing is equally strategic, arriving as oil shocks push consumer interest in EV ownership to new heights. Suzuki’s message is clear: electric mobility doesn’t have to be sterile or restrained; it can be spirited, muddy, and fun.

Sammut reinforced this sentiment, noting that Suzuki’s DNA has always been about energy and excitement. “Suzukis have always been electric in nature. We want EV fans and sceptics alike to get excited about an electric SUV that you can actually drive in nature, and can actually have fun in. Good, clean, dirty fun.”

By reframing the EV narrative, Suzuki is not only introducing a new model but also challenging the conventions of how electric vehicles are marketed. The e VITARA represents a playful, adventurous alternative in a category often defined by restraint. For Suzuki, this is not simply about joining the EV race—it is about changing its rhythm entirely.

Automobili Lamborghini has introduced the Urus SE Performante, a model that embodies the marque’s philosophy of uncompromising innovation. With expanded driving logic, electrified modes, and a new Rally setting for low-grip surfaces, the SUV redefines versatility and performance, proving Lamborghini’s DNA can evolve while remaining true to its core identity.

Innovation has long been the heartbeat of Automobili Lamborghini, and the unveiling of the Urus SE Performante underscores how the brand continues to evolve without sacrificing its essence. This latest addition to the Super SUV family is not merely a refinement but a bold statement of intent, combining superior performance with versatility in ways that challenge convention.

At the core of the Urus SE Performante lies an expanded driving logic system, designed to adapt seamlessly to every situation. Traditional high-emotion modes such as Strada, Sport and Corsa remain integral, offering the visceral thrill expected of Lamborghini. Yet the introduction of electrified options—EV, Hybrid and Recharge—marks a decisive step forward. Each configuration has been engineered to redefine comfort, agility and performance, ensuring that electrification enhances rather than diminishes the driving experience.

The innovation extends beyond the asphalt. In a move that highlights Lamborghini’s commitment to pushing boundaries, the Urus SE Performante introduces Rally mode, a setting specifically engineered for low-grip surfaces. This mode delivers unprecedented control, responsiveness and traction, allowing drivers to experience Lamborghini’s performance DNA in environments far removed from the traditional road. It is tangible proof that the brand’s pursuit of excellence is not confined to one terrain but is a philosophy that adapts and thrives everywhere.

The Urus SE Performante is more than a technical achievement; it is a cultural statement. By integrating electrified modes alongside traditional ones, Lamborghini demonstrates that sustainability and exhilaration can coexist. The Rally mode, meanwhile, reflects a willingness to embrace new challenges, redefining what a Super SUV can achieve. Together, these innovations reinforce Lamborghini’s position as a pioneer, not just in automotive engineering but in shaping the future of performance itself.

For Lamborghini, innovation is not about compromise but about evolution. The Urus SE Performante exemplifies this principle, proving that the brand’s DNA can adapt to new demands while remaining authentic. It is a vehicle that embodies the spirit of progress, offering drivers a dynamic experience that is as versatile as it is thrilling.

From electrified driving modes to Rally-inspired performance, the Urus SE Performante is a testament to Lamborghini’s enduring belief that innovation must strengthen identity. It is not simply a new model but a new benchmark, redefining standards and setting the course for the next chapter in the brand’s extraordinary journey.

Hyundai has launched the new i20 in Brazil, marking its global debut with a campaign by INNOCEAN Brazil under the concept “The Upgrade You’ve Been Dreaming Of.” Positioned between the HB20 and Creta, the locally produced model blends hatchback practicality with SUV traits, reflecting consumer aspirations for progress and achievement.

Hyundai has unveiled its latest model, the new i20, with Brazil chosen as the first market worldwide to receive the car. Developed and manufactured at the company’s Piracicaba plant in São Paulo, the i20 represents Hyundai’s third locally produced model and is positioned strategically between the HB20 and the Creta. The launch is accompanied by a wide-reaching campaign created by INNOCEAN Brazil, built around the concept “New Hyundai i20. The Upgrade You’ve Been Dreaming Of.”

The campaign spans broadcast television, digital platforms, social media, out-of-home advertising, magazines, and special projects, ensuring the new model’s presence across multiple touchpoints. More than a product introduction, the campaign is designed to resonate with consumers entering new stages in their personal and professional lives, positioning the i20 as a symbol of progress and achievement. Hyundai’s messaging emphasises that choosing the i20 is not merely a practical decision but a statement of ambition, reflecting the model’s promise of delivering a genuine upgrade within its segment.

The i20 itself blends the practicality of a hatchback with the defining characteristics of an SUV, offering one of the largest interiors in its class and generous cargo capacity. Built on Hyundai’s new platform, the vehicle incorporates advanced technology, including a 12.3-inch integrated digital display and instrument cluster. It also features what Hyundai describes as the most comprehensive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) package available in the market, underscoring the brand’s commitment to safety and innovation.

The campaign’s creative execution further reinforces the theme of progress and evolution. Produced by Zohar Cinema, the commercial was filmed over four days and employed an unconventional set piece: aircraft components were used to construct several scenes, visually symbolising advancement and aspiration. This bold creative choice aligns with the campaign’s narrative of moving forward and achieving new milestones, while also distinguishing the i20’s launch from more conventional automotive advertising.

By selecting Brazil for the global debut, Hyundai underscores the importance of the market in its international strategy. The i20 is tailored to meet the needs of Brazilian consumers, offering a balance of practicality, technology, and aspirational appeal. The campaign’s focus on personal growth and achievement reflects a broader cultural shift, where vehicles are increasingly positioned not just as modes of transport but as markers of lifestyle and progress.

With the i20, Hyundai aims to capture consumers seeking a car that represents both functionality and aspiration. The campaign’s message, “The Upgrade You’ve Been Dreaming Of,” encapsulates this ambition, presenting the i20 as more than a new model—it is a symbol of advancement, designed to accompany drivers into the next chapter of their lives.

Spanning nearly 2,800 square metres, the centre integrates sales, service and parts under Porsche’s “Destination Porsche” concept, reflecting the brand’s confidence in India’s luxury car market and Hyderabad’s growing premium consumption landscape.

German luxury sports car manufacturer Porsche has reinforced its commitment to India with the launch of Porsche Centre Hyderabad, its largest facility in the country to date. Developed in collaboration with EVM Premium Cars, a trusted dealer partner since 2013, the new centre represents a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy.

Spread across nearly 2,800 square metres, the facility is designed as a comprehensive destination for customers, combining vehicle sales, servicing and genuine parts support under one roof. This integrated approach reflects Porsche’s growing confidence in India’s luxury automobile market, which continues to show strong momentum. Hyderabad, in particular, has emerged as one of the nation’s fastest-growing premium consumption hubs, making it a natural choice for such an investment.

The centre adopts Porsche’s global “Destination Porsche” retail concept, which reimagines the traditional dealership experience. Rather than focusing solely on transactions, the concept emphasises customer engagement, lifestyle-oriented interactions and immersive brand experiences. Visitors can explore Porsche’s range of vehicles in a dynamic environment while accessing personalised ownership services tailored to their needs.

This launch further strengthens Porsche’s national footprint, adding to its network of integrated facilities across India. JSW Motors is preparing to enter India’s passenger vehicle market with 15 models over the next four years, beginning operations around Diwali 2026. Its first launch will be a new energy vehicle, with subsequent models spanning multiple price segments. Production will centre on a 300-acre facility in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

JSW Motors is gearing up for a bold debut in India’s passenger vehicle market, announcing plans to introduce 15 models over the next four years. The company is expected to commence operations around the Diwali festive season later this year, with its first offering set to be a new energy vehicle. Bookings for the inaugural model are likely to open in November 2026, signalling the start of an aggressive rollout strategy.

The automaker has outlined an ambitious plan to launch a new model every three months following its debut, targeting a wide spectrum of buyers. Vehicles will be priced from approximately ₹10 lakh to over ₹30 lakh, ensuring coverage across both mass and premium segments. This strategy reflects JSW Motors’ intent to establish a strong foothold in India’s highly competitive automotive landscape.

Central to its expansion is the upcoming manufacturing facility in Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Spread across 300 acres, the plant is expected to deliver an annual production capacity of five lakh vehicles. Beyond manufacturing, JSW Motors is also working to build a local supplier ecosystem around the facility, underscoring its commitment to localisation and long-term sustainability in the Indian market.

Among the models tipped to join the lineup is the Jetour T2 plug-in hybrid SUV, which has already been spotted testing on Indian roads. Expected to launch later this year, the SUV could be priced between ₹30 lakh and ₹45 lakh, positioning it firmly in the premium hybrid segment. Another anticipated entrant is the Chery iCar V23 electric SUV, seen undergoing tests in multiple states. Targeting lifestyle EV buyers, it is likely to be priced between ₹20 lakh and ₹25 lakh.

JSW Motors is also expected to introduce the Jaecoo J5 EV, a premium electric SUV with an estimated price range of ₹18 lakh to ₹22 lakh. Additionally, the Chery Tiggo 8, a three-row SUV, could become the flagship model in the company’s Indian portfolio, with reports suggesting a price bracket of ₹25 lakh to ₹30 lakh.

While the company has yet to officially confirm its complete product lineup, industry reports indicate that JSW Motors intends to bring 15 models to India within four years. With a mix of plug-in hybrids, electric SUVs, and flagship offerings, the automaker is positioning itself to challenge established players and capture the growing demand for new energy vehicles in the country.

Porsche AG has announced a landmark shift in its customer racing programme, introducing the 911 GT4 R as the first 911 developed specifically for GT4 competition. Replacing the Cayman-based GT4 from 2027, the new model features a 4.0-litre flat-six engine and unifies Porsche’s racing ladder under the iconic 911 platform.

Porsche AG has unveiled one of the most significant changes to its customer racing programme in nearly a decade, confirming that the legendary 911 will enter GT4 competition for the first time. The all-new 911 GT4 R, revealed as the successor to the Cayman-based GT4 race car, marks a decisive moment in the brand’s motorsport strategy and signals the end of an era for the mid-engine Cayman in customer racing.

Since its introduction, the Cayman GT4 has been a cornerstone of Porsche’s customer racing success, with more than 1,500 cars delivered worldwide. Its balance, accessibility, and competitive performance made it a favourite among private teams and drivers across multiple championships. Yet, beginning in 2027, Porsche will close that chapter, shifting focus to the rear-engine 911 as the foundation for its GT4 ambitions.

The 911 GT4 R is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six engine, producing up to 520 PS. Derived from the latest 911 Cup car, the engine is paired with race-proven engineering that ensures durability and performance under the demanding conditions of GT4 competition. This mechanical package not only reinforces Porsche’s reputation for precision engineering but also provides customer teams with a machine that blends heritage with cutting-edge capability.

Beyond performance, the strategic importance of the 911 GT4 R lies in its role within Porsche’s customer racing ladder. Until now, drivers progressing through Porsche’s ranks faced a transition from the Cayman GT4 to the 911 GT3 R, requiring adaptation to a different platform. With the introduction of the 911 GT4 R, the pathway becomes seamless: competitors can now advance from the 911 Cup car to the 911 GT4 R and ultimately to the 911 GT3 R, all while developing their skills on the same iconic platform.

This alignment simplifies the journey for aspiring professionals and strengthens Porsche’s identity in motorsport. By consolidating its customer racing portfolio around the 911, Porsche ensures that its most recognisable model continues to serve as both a cultural symbol and a competitive weapon.

The move also reflects the growing prominence of GT4 racing worldwide. As one of the fastest-expanding categories in production-based motorsport, GT4 offers manufacturers a vital stage to showcase engineering excellence and connect with private teams. Porsche’s decision to bring the 911 into this arena underscores its commitment to remaining at the forefront of customer racing while evolving with the demands of the sport.
